Medical Scribe – Data‑Driven Clinical Analyst for Nursing Homes

About the role

We are looking for data‑driven medical doctors to analyze electronic medical record (EMR) data and proactively identify care gaps for nursing‑home residents in the United States. This analytical clinical position focuses on population‑health outcomes rather than direct patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large‑scale EMR and healthcare data to uncover care gaps, clinical risks, and intervention opportunities.
• Review resident populations to detect unmet preventive, chronic disease, medication, and follow‑up care needs.
• Develop personalized, evidence‑based care plans based on medical histories, risk factors, and health goals.
• Apply clinical judgment to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for care teams.
• Stratify residents by risk, prioritize high‑risk or medically complex cases, and monitor population‑health metrics.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, pharmacists, and other professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Support value‑based care, quality measurement, and population‑health programs through data‑driven recommendations.
• Participate in designing and refining clinical algorithms, risk models, and decision‑support tools.
• Document assessments, rationale, and recommendations accurately within internal systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine (MD or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proven full‑time experience in a relevant clinical or analytical role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
