Medical Scribe – Data‑Driven Clinical Analyst for US Nursing Homes

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven medical professional to analyze electronic medical record (EMR) data and identify care gaps for nursing‑home residents in the United States. The role focuses on population‑health outcomes, developing personalized care plans, and supporting value‑based care initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large‑scale EMR and healthcare data to detect unmet preventive, chronic disease, medication, and follow‑up care needs.
• Develop evidence‑based, individualized care plans based on residents’ medical histories and risk factors.
• Stratify residents by risk, prioritize interventions for high‑risk or complex cases, and monitor health metrics.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, pharmacists, and other professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Support quality‑improvement programs, value‑based care, and population‑health reporting.
• Participate in designing clinical algorithms, risk models, and decision‑support tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Document assessments, rationale, and recommendations accurately in internal systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine (MD or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proven full‑time experience in a relevant clinical or analytical role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
