Medical Scribe

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Medical Scribe to support our partner clinics by accurately capturing and managing patient information within electronic health record systems. The role involves translating medical data from various sources into structured records that enable timely provider follow‑ups and optimal patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise healthcare platforms such as MatrixCare, PCC and ThoroughCare to enter prescribed medications, lab results, provider notes and patient demographics.
• Interpret medical information from charts, referrals and other documents, converting it into clear metrics for clinical teams.
• Identify gaps in patient care, suggest recommendations and assist in case‑outcome optimisation.
• Update, audit and maintain existing patient records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Document diagnoses, treatment plans and medication histories within the clinic’s electronic system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, physical therapy or veterinary science.
• Minimum six months of experience in a similar scribing or medical documentation role.
• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MatrixCare.
• Proficiency with PCC.
• Proficiency with ThoroughCare.
