Microsoft Dynamics F&O Technical Manager

About the role

PWC is seeking a Technical Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) projects within its Business Application Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyse their business requirements, design and implement ERP solutions, and provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client processes and identify system linkages across the entire ERP landscape.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution and closure.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering skill development.
• Address conflicts and manage difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.
• Strong leadership style with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
