Microsoft Teams Voice & UC Solution Engineer - Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Teams Voice & UC Solution Engineer to lead the design, migration and rollout of unified communications across complex, multi‑site environments. The role combines technical architecture with hands‑on delivery, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current telephony landscapes, identify gaps against global standards and define migration strategies.
• Design Microsoft Teams Phone solutions, including Direct Routing, SBC architecture, dial plans, call routing and contact‑center integration (Luware, Anywhere365).
• Plan and execute migrations: SBC configuration, number porting, Teams Voice policies, network readiness, identity dependencies and cut‑over plans.
• Collaborate with network, AD/Entra, M365, security and server/client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Validate configurations, troubleshoot SIP and call‑quality issues, and ensure stable service rollout.
• Produce architecture documents, migration playbooks and operations handover packages.
• Support user adoption and change management for new voice capabilities.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Direct Routing, SIP and PSTN.
• Strong knowledge of M365, Exchange Online and Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, QoS, firewalls and Cisco SD‑WAN/Catalyst networks.
• Proven track record of large‑scale UC migrations in multi‑country environments.
• Experience with contact‑center integrations and hybrid/cloud identity models.
