Mid level BIM Architect

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Mid‑Level BIM Architect to join our Alexandria team. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, integrating 3D scanning data, and ensuring that design and construction documentation meet project requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to align BIM deliverables.
• Integrate 3D scanning data into architectural models.
• Prepare and review construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
• Participate actively in project meetings and provide technical BIM expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in BIM architecture or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and building codes.
• Project management experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and building certifications is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks.
• Experience with 3D scanning data integration.
• Strong architectural visualization skills using AutoCAD.
• Competence with SketchUp for conceptual design.
