Mid-Level Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Mid-Level Recruitment Specialist to lead national and international hiring initiatives for its Customer Experts teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the right talent is sourced, assessed, and onboarded in line with business growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Research European job markets and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements.
• Manage the selection process, maintain an up‑to‑date applicant database, and conduct pre‑selection calls.
• Validate language, technical, and soft skills of local and international applicants.
• Organise and execute selection activities such as online tests, group dynamics, and interviews.
• Provide relocation support for candidates coming from abroad.
• Present a final shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve recruitment outcomes and propose innovative process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Teleperformance policies, GDPR, GECSP, and information security standards.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Fluency in English.
• 2‑5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably with international exposure.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with internet applications for sourcing and communication.
