Mid-Level UX Researcher

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our collaborative UX Labs team. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients on a variety of projects, turning user insights into actionable design recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading comprehensive user research using usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics.
• Support UX audit processes under senior guidance.
• Plan, execute, and manage complex research studies, including participant recruitment and data collection.
• Synthesize findings into data‑driven narratives and present insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain personas, customer journey maps, and other user‑centered artifacts.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research into design recommendations.
• Guide junior members of the UX research team.
• Stay updated on UX research trends and integrate new methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher with a strong portfolio of research work.
• Hands‑on experience in usability testing, user interviews, expert reviews, surveys, and analytics.
• Ability to communicate research findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts.
