MLOps Tech Lead

About the role

Join Henkel’s AI team to accelerate AI adoption across the organization by building platforms, tools, and engineering practices that enable AI at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain end‑to‑end MLOps and AI engineering solutions for model development, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Develop and optimise data and ML pipelines using modern cloud and orchestration technologies such as Airflow, Dagster and Databricks.
• Implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code and reusable frameworks to improve reliability and time‑to‑market.
• Establish best practices, standards and governance for AI engineering and model operations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects and business stakeholders to move AI solutions from experimentation to production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, STEM or related field.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience building scalable AI and machine‑learning solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
