About the role
We are looking for a Mobile Application Engineer to design, develop and maintain high-quality Android applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features while ensuring security and performance standards in a fintech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and implement new features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Apply secure coding practices aligned with fintech and cybersecurity standards.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Android native development.
- Experience working in a fintech or other regulated environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Required skills
- Kotlin and Java programming.
- Android SDK and related development tools.
- Git/GitHub for version control.
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Secure Development Lifecycle and application security.
- RESTful API consumption and third-party integration.
