Mobile Application Engineer – Android (Kotlin/Java)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Engineer to design, develop and maintain high-quality Android applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features while ensuring security and performance standards in a fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and implement new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Apply secure coding practices aligned with fintech and cybersecurity standards.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Android native development.
• Experience working in a fintech or other regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
