Multilingual Care Advisor – Customer Service

About the role

Join Allianz Partners as a Multilingual Care Advisor and become the first point of contact for our global clients, brokers, and medical providers. You will deliver exceptional customer service in English and an additional language while leveraging AI tools to streamline support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, multilingual assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a 24‑hour turnaround for all written communications, including email responses.
• Handle a daily workload of assigned cases and ad‑hoc requests, coordinating with internal departments.
• Assist the in‑house medical team with hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations, and related cases.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to respond quickly and accurately to queries about claims and hospitalisations.
• Master Allianz Partners’ products to deliver timely, accurate information.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and at least one of French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role; call‑center experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Medical background is a bonus but not required.
