Non-Trade Procurement Graduate Program

About the role

The Non-Trade Procurement Graduate Program is a six‑month development opportunity for fresh graduates interested in procurement, supply chain and commercial operations. Participants will gain hands‑on experience sourcing non‑trade goods such as MRO supplies, office equipment, IT hardware and facility services while working closely with the Procurement team and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day non‑trade procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, preparing RFQs/RFPs and comparing quotations.
• Communicate with suppliers on quotations, orders, delivery schedules and maintain an updated supplier database.
• Assist in basic cost analysis, market price comparisons and identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, trackers and support the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, IT, Facilities and Operations to ensure procurement requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong interest in procurement and supply chain, good command of English and Arabic.
• Basic analytical, numerical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• SAP ERP or other procurement systems (advantageous).
• Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Procurement processes, sourcing, quotation analysis and purchase order management.
• Supplier management, cost comparison and reporting.
