O2C Section Head – Treasury Back Office

About the role

The O2C Section Head will lead the Treasury Back Office team, ensuring efficient order‑to‑cash processes, accurate collections, and timely month‑end activities. This role combines operational oversight with strategic coordination across finance units.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily payment reports and ensure accuracy.
• Manage treasury back‑office functions, including payment order receipt and validation.
• Prepare weekly follow‑up status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Verify supporting documents for all payment requests and upload payments to the application.
• Assign payment requests to O2C team members and monitor execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment runs and resolve any issues with OU Finance Teams.
• Post‑payment journal entries in SAP and maintain communication with finance teams.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members in collaboration with the FSSC Leader.
• Set objectives, translate corporate goals into functional targets, and drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in treasury.
• Proven team‑management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
