Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Egypt, supporting employee health at both our Cairo Business Office and the 6th of October plant. The role focuses on preventive, curative, and promotive health services for a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Health Physician with pre‑employment and periodic medical examinations.
• Conduct occupational health tests such as audiometry, lung function, spirometry, skin prick, vision, and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver health‑related training, first‑aid, basic life support (AED), industrial hygiene, and safe‑food‑handling sessions.
• Implement vaccination programs and coordinate health diagnostic campaigns.
• Participate in ergonomic assessments, workplace inspections, and mock rescue drills.
• Manage sickness‑absence cases, facilitate referrals, and support rehabilitation and return‑to‑work programs.
• Maintain vaccination and respirator‑clearance records for at‑risk employees.
• Provide medical advice for business travel and oversee health risk and needs analyses.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Health Nurse with a valid nursing license.
