Odoo Implementation Specialist

About the role

AGAD Technology is expanding its digital operations and is looking for a full-time Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead and accelerate its ERP rollout. The specialist will drive Odoo across all company departments, ensuring smooth implementation, customization, data integrity and adoption across Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment and Accounting modules. The workplace is hybrid, based in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, Accounting, Dashboards).
• Work with stakeholders to analyse business needs and turn them into technical specifications.
• Customise and configure Odoo modules using Odoo Studio, Python and custom module development.
• Manage data migration, system integrations (APIs) and report/dashboard creation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, payroll and HR operational flows within Odoo.
• Oversee system testing, user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with management on performance and financial dashboards.
• Manage Odoo hosting environments (Odoo.sh, PostgreSQL, Linux).

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience implementing Odoo ERP across multiple business modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations and payroll.
• Experience with data migration, API integrations and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Odoo certification or formal training is highly preferred.
