Senior SAP TRM/FICA Consultant

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is recruiting a Senior SAP TRM/FICA Consultant for one of its partners, a pioneer in the information technology and services industry. The role suits an experienced consultant who can implement, configure and maintain SAP TRM/FICA modules for public sector clients, ensuring efficient financial processes and compliance with governmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and take part in the implementation of SAP TRM/FICA modules, configuring system settings to fit client needs.
• Develop and implement financial process solutions for the public sector and advise clients on SAP TRM/FICA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP FICA and TRM, and recommend improvements to existing financial processes.
• Implement tax revenue management best practices and keep financial operations efficient, compliant and secure.
• Train end users and client staff, write configuration and customization documentation, and transfer knowledge to client teams.
• Work with stakeholders, manage projects on time, within scope and budget, and report regularly to management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP tax and revenue management, including at least 2 years in SAP FICA implementations.
• SAP certification in FI and a proven track record of successful SAP project implementations and support.
• Strong understanding of public sector financial processes and regulations.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICA and TRM modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP-related tools, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Project management methodology and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work setup: hybrid, with one remote day and four on-site days, two days off on Friday and Saturday.
