About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office and provide essential support to the Talent-360.me team. The role combines administrative oversight with hands‑on coordination of daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory to keep the workplace fully functional.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform routine administrative tasks.
- Supervise office staff, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting and accounting tasks related to office expenditures.
- Support management on various projects and ad‑hoc tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience managing office budgets and supplies.
