About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to join our New Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure the smooth running of daily administrative operations and support the coordination between departments, clients and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling and document management.
- Manage office equipment, supplies and inventory to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
- Provide front‑desk customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure information is relayed accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized and collaborative office environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
