Onboarding Specialist (Associate) – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

EY is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (Associate) to join its Talent Services team for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment. The role focuses on delivering seamless pre‑boarding and immigration support for new hires across Egypt and Jordan, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end immigration process for new employees, handling complex and sensitive cases.
• Manage local immigration matters, stay updated on country‑specific policies, and provide guidance to employees.
• Prepare and follow up on residency renewal, medical, and pension documentation, including registration of national employees into pension schemes.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal documentation and uphold EY’s brand reputation.
• Liaise with managers and colleagues to proactively identify and escalate potential issues.
• Deliver an exceptional new‑joiner experience throughout the onboarding journey.
