One Identity Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a One Identity Consultant to design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our clients. The role is fully remote and requires translating business challenges into robust technical implementations using One Identity Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance solutions with One Identity Manager.
• Configure and optimise workflows, policies, and role‑based access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business challenges and define technical requirements.
• Provide expert advice on One Identity Manager best practices and overall IAM strategy.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coach colleagues and deliver training on One Identity Manager functionalities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering or consulting.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with One Identity Manager (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant certifications in One Identity Manager and optionally other IAM tools or Azure/Entra ID.
