Operating Engineer – On-site (New Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operating Engineer to join our on‑site team in New Cairo. The role involves maintaining and optimizing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across construction and civil projects, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations in facilities and construction sites.
• Perform regular diagnostics, preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering disciplines to integrate systems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment performance and spare‑part inventories.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in operating or maintenance engineering within construction, civil or architecture projects.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work hands‑on in an on‑site environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
