In this critical role, you will ensure operational excellence and compliance across our logistics hubs, playing a key part in our mission to provide seamless logistics solutions through technology.

Missions principales

• Conduct comprehensive audits of company hubs to evaluate operational efficiency and performance.
• Verify strict compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and industry regulations.
• Perform regular on-site visits (1 to 2 days per week) to ensure operational standards are consistently met.
• Analyze audit data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and areas for optimization.
• Propose concrete, actionable recommendations to optimize processes, reduce operational costs, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Draft detailed audit reports including findings, recommendations, and follow-up plans.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operational network.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in operational auditing, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for on-site hub inspections.
