Operations Executive – Travel Industry (Cairo)

About the role

TBO, a global technology‑driven travel platform, is looking for an Operations Executive to join its Cairo team. You will be the first point of contact for travel partners, helping them navigate the company’s extensive product portfolio and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners with TBO’s travel products and services via phone, CRM, live chat and email.
• Manage and resolve issues and complaints, delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Document and classify customer interactions accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, French or Japanese are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑centric environment.
• Experience in travel, B2B services or call‑center environments is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Comfort using live‑chat, email and phone support tools.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with travel products (air, hotel, rail, etc.).
