Operations Manager

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to support a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting. The role oversees daily operational activities of revenue‑generation systems, ensuring on‑site jobs are executed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all operational staff and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Prioritize production tasks as defined by the Production Manager.
• Manage operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Global QA Manager to guarantee deliverable quality.
• Track operational and tactical risks, providing strategic solutions.
• Own and support JIRA Work Management boards for jobs and projects.
• Coordinate long‑term planning, job status reporting, and change control with Production and QA managers.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics using Power BI.
• Work with global service and support teams (ORKA) to follow opportunity and order/job build processes.
• Ensure routine and preventative maintenance with local and global support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Audiovisual Technologies, IT, Operations Management, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in operations supervision, media or AV operations, or workflow coordination.
• Proven track record supervising operators, technicians, or production support teams.
• Experience ensuring on‑site job execution aligns with SOPs, priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
• Strong collaboration skills with production, QA, and service teams.
