Operations Manager – Plant Production & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead our plant’s production and maintenance functions in Giza. You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement in a high‑tech, capital‑intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.
• Supervise and develop production and maintenance teams, ensuring proper training and skill development.
• Monitor production schedules, adjust resources and keep projects on track.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, WCM or similar methodologies.
• Collaborate with Quality, HSE, Logistics and HR to ensure smooth cross‑functional operations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience in Operations or Production Management.
• Strong background in the home‑appliances sector, preferably water‑heater manufacturing.
• Extensive experience managing both production and maintenance in automated, capital‑intensive plants.
• Proven team‑leadership, problem‑solving and performance‑tracking abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
