Operations Quality Officer

About the role

The Operations Quality Officer will ensure that logistics and warehouse activities run smoothly, meet productivity targets, and satisfy customer requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing product handling, vehicle cleanliness, printing processes, and compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and returned products, verify condition, and isolate damaged items.
• Monitor shipping and receiving procedures, including vehicle temperature checks and proper product placement.
• Ensure cleanroom readiness, verify printing quantities, and confirm data accuracy for customer orders.
• Validate vehicle cleanliness, check for perforations, odors, or hazardous objects.
• Maintain installations and equipment, including HVAC, lighting, electrical systems, and drainage.
• Oversee stock management: label pallets, store them correctly, and ensure proper wrapping.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and handle customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP, OH&S, and environmental regulations, reporting incidents as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent QA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Effective decision‑making, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with solid communication skills.
