Operations Senior Associate – Mall of Egypt

About the role

The Operations Senior Associate will manage day‑to‑day activities of the Mall of Egypt, ensuring the centre meets the highest standards of presentation, safety, security, cleaning, engineering, and overall ambience. You will act as the main liaison for tenants and customers while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site operations, including tenant coordination and document collection.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and customers.
• Collaborate with centralized teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor and report on operational performance.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Support sustainability initiatives and enforce organizational policies.
• Administer daily centre presentation, security, safety, cleaning, engineering, facilities, and ambience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in mall operations, maintenance, safety & security, or facilities management.
• Proficient user of MS Office and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
