About the role

Join Tashereef, the hospitality arm of Ain Entertainment Group, as an Operations Specialist at the iconic Giza Pyramids. You will support daily operations and help deliver memorable visitor experiences in a fast‑paced tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities and ensure smooth visitor experiences.
• Coordinate tours, manage on‑site logistics, and support seamless execution.
• Provide front‑line customer service, address guest issues, and support issue resolution.
• Support sales initiatives and prepare operational reports.
• Maintain high hospitality and service standards in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, customer‑oriented presence with high personal grooming standards.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
