Operations Supervisor – East Cairo

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead shift management at one of our first‑mile fulfillment centres, middle‑mile sortation centres or final‑mile delivery stations in East Cairo. You will ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality order fulfillment while supporting our customers and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, train and motivate associates to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues in process readiness, 5S, safety and training.
• Analyze data, innovate and optimise processes to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.
• Work flexible hours, including overnight, weekends and holidays, as business demands.

Required profile

• Experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics and process improvement.
• Preferred experience in logistics and data analysis.

• Data analysis
