About the role
The Operations Supervisor will lead a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This position requires a French‑speaking professional who can drive performance, mentor staff, and ensure operational goals are met.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and manage the team’s daily performance to meet service targets.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members, supporting their career development.
- Set clear team objectives, produce performance reports, and capture client feedback.
- Influence team strategy and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience as a team leader.
- High level of French fluency (B2/C1).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven experience delivering constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans.
- Excellent communication, empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure.
