Operations Supervisor – Shift Management (East Cairo)

About the role

Join a dynamic e‑commerce operation where you will lead shift activities in a first‑mile fulfillment, middle‑mile sortation, or final‑mile delivery station. You will ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time order processing while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues in areas such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data and drive process optimization to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.
• Work flexible hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, as business demands require.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Preferred background in logistics and data analysis.
