Purchasing Specialist – Procurement Operations

About the role
EELU is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to support its procurement activities in Dokki, Giza. You will be responsible for identifying suppliers, evaluating offers, and ensuring smooth purchasing processes in line with legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential suppliers and evaluate them on compliance, pricing, payment terms, etc.
- Execute procurement procedures according to statutory methods and communicate with suppliers to finalize purchases.
- Prepare financial comparisons of at least three offers for direct purchases.
- Create purchase orders, agreements, and detailed procurement reports.
- Enter purchase orders accurately into the ERP system and maintain Excel records and paper documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience using ERP systems, preferably in the procurement module.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational, analytical, and procurement‑strategy knowledge.
