Operations Tech SME – Quick Commerce

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Tech Subject Matter Expert to bridge Operations, Product and Technology teams for quick‑commerce launches. You will ensure workflows, tools and processes are ready for day‑one performance and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and support launch activities, confirming that workflows, tools and processes function as expected.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with Tech, Product and Operations teams.
• Conduct structured testing, validate process accuracy and identify gaps before launch.
• Support data validation related to operational workflows and customer‑facing promises.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to resolve defects and ensure go‑live readiness.
• Monitor post‑launch performance, escalate issues and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Identify recurring patterns, propose long‑term fixes and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide clear communication, status updates and documentation to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in operations, technical support or product/tech coordination.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system or process issues and drive them to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities.
