Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant

About the role

BlackStone eIT is hiring a remote Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant for its Technical Team. The consultant leads discovery, fit-to-standard and TO-BE workshops on customer and investor journeys, revenue contracts, sales interactions, enquiries, complaints and service requests, and owns the functional design, configuration and testing of the CX/CLM areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CX/CLM discovery, CRP1/fit-to-standard and CRP2/TO-BE workshops covering customer and investor journeys, revenue contracts, sales interactions, enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Configure and validate Oracle Enterprise Contracts for templates, clauses, approvals, obligations, amendments, renewals, commercial controls and billing triggers.
• Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Sales/Service for customers, accounts, contacts, opportunities, interactions, communications, enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Define the functional boundary between Enterprise Contracts, Sales/Service, Financials, Procurement, AMS and approved extensions, preventing duplication of master data.
• Own the CX/CLM sections of the application configuration baseline and document standard-versus-extension decisions.
• Define data migration requirements with the Data Migration Lead and integration requirements for billing, invoicing, collections, e-signature and document services, validating interface designs.
• Design role-based approvals and commercial workflows aligned with delegation of authority, security and audit requirements.
• Define dashboards, reports and KPIs, and prepare and support SIT/E2E/UAT scenarios and go-live, hypercare and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 8-10+ years in Oracle CX, contracts or commercial systems consulting preferred.
• At least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts implementations, plus strong Oracle Sales and/or Service experience; direct hands-on exposure to both is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable experience integrating Enterprise Contracts with ERP Financials/Receivables and external systems through OIC or equivalent.
• Experience with data migration, commercial workflows, SIT/UAT and go-live/hypercare.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related discipline; Oracle CX / Enterprise Contracts certification is advantageous.
