Order to Cash Manager – Cairo

About the role

The Order to Cash (O2C) Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of the O2C function in Cairo, ensuring compliance with Al‑Futtaim Group policies and mitigating financial risks. You will work closely with O2C accountants and business stakeholders to maintain strong control, governance, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong control and governance over the Order to Cash process in line with company policies.
• Drive development and enhancement of current O2C processes.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly support to business operations through O2C accountants.
• Execute and review general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable, and overdue position reports.
• Oversee customer account reconciliations and provision calculations for doubtful debts.
• Approve accounting entries and ensure compliance with month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing checklists.
• Identify and lead standardisation and automation initiatives for cost savings.
• Support resolution of internal and external audit requests within required timelines.
• Prepare GL schedules for balance‑sheet substantiation and ad‑hoc management reporting.
• Participate in review meetings with business units.

Required profile

• Finance graduate or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 4–6 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably within an Order to Cash function.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and delegate tasks as a team player.
