About the role
The Outbound Specialist will manage and execute Mondelēz International’s import and export operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods at the lowest landed cost while maintaining full customs compliance. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role supports the end‑to‑end export process for intercompany shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level service for export intercompany shipments and support all functions involved.
- Create SAP billing documents for export transactions.
- Prepare all export documentation, including certificates, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with customs agencies, warehouse teams, and third‑party logistics operators.
- Manage track‑and‑trace, claims, and invoice billing processes.
- Execute compliance activities related to HSE, quality, and risk management.
- Support tender processes and monitor third‑party performance.
Required profile
- Motivation to drive personal career growth.
- Experience in outbound logistics or transport.
- Practical knowledge of customs processes and documentation.
- Strong data interpretation abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
