Outbound Telemarketer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Telemarketer to join our growing technology distribution team in Heliopolis. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, introducing our wide range of printers, inks, computer accessories and other tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products and promote current offers.
• Qualify leads, identify customer needs and schedule appointments or follow‑up calls for the sales team.
• Update customer information accurately in the CRM and maintain detailed call logs.
• Handle basic objections, answer product‑related questions and provide clear pricing information.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to achieve call targets and support overall revenue goals.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales‑oriented mindset and experience in telemarketing, call‑center or inside‑sales environments.
• Ability to work on‑site in Heliopolis, manage time effectively and stay motivated in a target‑driven setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, marketing or communications is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or call‑logging tools.
• Basic computer literacy including email, spreadsheets and online communication tools.
