Outdoor Sales Representative – HORECA

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time Outdoor Sales Representative to develop its HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafés) business in Giza and the Greater Cairo area. You will promote Al‑Telal’s range of olives, olive oil, pickles and honey directly to decision‑makers, delivering samples and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit existing and potential HORECA customers.
• Present the product portfolio and tailor offers to each client’s needs.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and close deals.
• Collect orders accurately, follow up on deliveries and ensure high service levels.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback or complaints.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in FMCG or food‑beverage, preferably with HORECA clients.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Giza and Greater Cairo market.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for field visits.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
