Outdoor Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Aura Communication is seeking an Outdoor Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Cairo team. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process and help shape the employer brand for a fast‑growing BPO organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for a variety of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business units to refine hiring strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Promote Aura Communication’s employer brand across relevant channels to attract high‑quality talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to develop hiring strategies and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
