Part-Time Faculty – Computer Science

About the role
Louisiana State University of Alexandria is hiring part‑time faculty members to teach undergraduate Computer Science courses. The position can be performed either online or on‑campus, with a start date of January 10, 2025.
Key responsibilities
- Complete LSU online training and adhere to LSU Online standards.
- Develop and deliver assigned Computer Science courses.
- Maintain high instructional quality and provide regular electronic office hours.
- Contribute to curriculum development and other departmental duties as needed.
Required profile
- Teaching‑focused individuals with a strong commitment to student learning.
- Ability to teach a broad range of undergraduate Computer Science subjects.
- Willingness to participate in a support program for new online instructors.
