About the role
As a Partner Care Advisor (Voice) you will be the first point of contact for Tamara’s partners and customers, delivering assistance through phone, email and live‑chat. Based in our Cairo office, you will help users resolve queries related to Tamara’s fintech services and ensure a smooth, customer‑centric experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails and live‑chat messages promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer questions, concerns and needs, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Review customer accounts and transaction histories to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Deliver detailed explanations of Tamara’s services and policies.
- Adhere to support metrics and follow communication scripts for various topics.
Required profile
- University graduate (any discipline).
- Native Arabic speaker with B2‑level English proficiency.
- Previous customer‑service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues quickly.
- Flexibility to work rotational hours and days.
Required skills
- Proficient use of computers.
- Familiarity with internet applications.
