About the role
The Payroll Administrator will manage end‑to‑end payroll operations for Egypt, Jordan and Algeria across GfK and NIQ entities. The role ensures accurate, timely salary payments, compliance with local regulations, and serves as the primary contact for payroll‑related queries.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll for Egypt, Jordan and Algeria, coordinating with external payroll providers.
- Validate timesheet data, calculate payments, and execute bank transfers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date payroll records in the HR shared point and handle employment start/termination administration.
- Liaise with government agencies and statutory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, taxes and statutory filings on schedule.
- Raise invoices and purchase orders via Ariba, ensuring procurement compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Manage Workday payroll tickets, oversee data integration, and monitor integration failures with the EIT team.
Required profile
- Relevant professional experience in HR or payroll administration.
- University degree in HR, Finance or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and reliable.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Workday payroll module.
- Familiarity with Ariba procurement platform.
