Payroll & Personnel Specialist (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, personnel administration, and compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain up‑to‑date personnel records and employee files.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary records.
• Handle social insurance registrations, amendments, and terminations.
• Coordinate with the Labor Office to ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and payroll‑related analysis.
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee databases.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, benefits, and personnel matters.
• Support HR policies and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in payroll and personnel within a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Labor Office regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
• Experience with HRIS or payroll software.
