Payroll Supervisor (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Payroll Supervisor role based in Giza. The Payroll Supervisor will oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy.
• Manage deductions, benefits, garnishments and payroll taxes.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and perform payroll reconciliation.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting to maintain accurate employee records.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and support audit and reporting requirements.
• Continuously improve payroll processes and provide guidance to payroll staff.

Required profile

• Strong experience in payroll administration and end‑to‑end payroll processing.
• Knowledge of garnishments, payroll taxes, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with employee benefits administration and coordination with HR.
• Accounting skills such as journal entries, payroll reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
