People & Culture Director

About the role

The People & Culture Director will lead Dsquares’ people agenda as the company scales. This senior role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to embed the "Loyalty Inside Out" philosophy across the organisation, ensuring high performance, strong culture, and effective leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously refine the people strategy to align with growth objectives and evolving business priorities.
• Design and optimise organisational structures for efficiency and scalability across markets and functions.
• Strengthen workforce planning, role clarity, and succession depth.
• Maintain and evolve a high‑impact culture, driving accountability, openness, agility and a growth mindset.
• Enhance engagement frameworks, internal communication and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop leadership capability at all levels through coaching, performance management and talent frameworks.
• Improve HR processes, policies and systems for consistency, efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure governance, compliance and agility across all operating entities.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong track record of shaping people strategy, organisational design and culture transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leadership capability and drive performance management excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution.
