People Experience Specialist

About the role

Payrails is looking for a People Experience Specialist to own people operations and employee experience for its Cairo office and the broader Middle East region. Working closely with the People team in Berlin, you will act as a hands‑on generalist covering the full employee lifecycle and help shape future People initiatives as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners and leavers.
• Serve as the primary people partner for employees in Cairo, UAE, and KSA, building trust and providing coaching and guidance.
• Collaborate with the Berlin People team to align regional practices with global standards.
• Develop and maintain systems and mechanisms that enhance employee and organisational effectiveness.
• Continuously research and apply people‑skill insights to drive better outcomes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on HR generalist with experience managing the employee lifecycle.
• Strong ability to build genuine relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
