People Partner

About the role

Axis is a leading fintech company in Egypt, building digital financial experiences for users. We are seeking a proactive People Partner to support our rapid growth by driving talent acquisition, learning & development, and core People Operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and business functions, partnering with hiring managers to define strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, support internship, graduate, and early‑talent programs.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, track development plans and learning effectiveness.
• Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding, employee records, HR policies, and compliance.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR operational support and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably covering Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder‑management experience.
• Exposure to Learning & Development and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
