Personal Assistant to COO – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer of a fast‑growing hospitality business in Cairo. The successful candidate will act as the COO’s right‑hand, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and proactive executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for confidential communications and correspondence.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and accurate minutes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Organise business travel, events, and executive meetings.
• Anticipate the COO’s needs and provide smooth administrative support.

Required profile

• German or UK nationality, willing to relocate to Cairo.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C‑level executives.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, real estate, or luxury lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information with discretion.
