About the role
We are seeking a Personnel Coordinator to join our HR team. The role focuses on managing personnel operations efficiently while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit social insurance forms (Enrollment, Replacement, Termination) to the relevant offices.
- Handle work‑permit procedures and medical committee requests.
- Respond to and track customer inquiries and government health‑insurance requests.
- Submit required documents to labor offices and other official entities.
- Maintain employee files, ensuring proper documentation, archiving, and timely processing of personnel transactions.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to guarantee smooth personnel operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–1 year of experience in personnel or HR operations.
- Good understanding of social insurance and Egyptian labor law.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
